Hope your appointment leads to the right sort of antibiotics. I've heard that docs are more and more reluctant to prescribe antiBs unless they are absolutely sure they're needed. Maybe that's why s/he is requiring a face-to-face. Hope things improve rapidly now. 🤞

Salut ☕ I'm surprised to find I do genuinely vacuum more often now we have a cordless thing - two, in fact: one for upstairs and one downstairs. The more robust downstairs vac has to deal with dog hair... 🤦

They do make life so simple and it's not as if charging them is a faff.

Because Ed Davey and other LibDems (mainly) talk sense, are not sensational or divisive and therefore provide nothing that the (right-biased) media can shriek and posture over. Being sensible and practical doesn't generate enough controversy... or clicks. 🙄

It is a very popular part of rural autumn foires - the tent in the photos is one of the posher ones. There's a whole cooked food allée & you can select according to appetite / pocket. There are sometimes 3 generations at one table all tucking into at least 3 courses. A real proper family day out.
