Antique secrets 🧳🔦 This summer, I received a portfolio review from Judy Sue Goodwin Sturges. Afterward, she gave the optional assignment prompt of “They opened the dusty box,” which gave me the excuse to finally create a middle grade mystery illustration set in an antique shop.

For me, this summer has all been about romcoms. 💕

1. I finally saw Bridgerton and fell in love with the set dec and fashion.

2. My friend came to visit, and I introduced her to classic romcom movies.

3. During portfolio reviews, a couple of ADs suggested I explore YA romcom book covers.
