Also crazy is that the smoking and non sections were right next to each other. At least in the places I worked. So the only difference to the customers is whether they had an ashtray on their table.

When I started this bottle last year, the alcohol was rose coloured. It has now faded to a light gold. Some alcohols do go bad over time. In this case, it's fine.
Empress Gin, elderflower. The small amount remaining sheet a year, has faded from rose coloured to light gold.
