how i learned about it was after learning i had npd, talking with other cluster bs and noticing “wait why do i relate to everything the aspd ppl are saying”😭 then realized i met criteria even with differential diagnosis, and it came up during DID eval when she decided to add in a personality test

honestly better, you usually dont want something like that on your record

or some psychs have common sense and will diagnose you verbally without putting it on your formal medical records

I didnt really like Evangelion. The anime is 6/10 at best, It’s incredibly formulaic and just generally uninteresting. End of eva was worse, actually just an atrocious mess of “we have no coherent storyline, look how deep this is”

flcl was a total dumpster fire attempting to be deep while completely lacking any coherence

I had a psychotic breakdown (due to prolonged extreme stress afaik) once and it was smth like “i am the only special one that knows all this is fake, nothing truly exists and they’re all out to get me”
