I’d bet he recognises the first’s utter fuckery, knows they’re awful, and needs employment.

I -think- that’s on the estate agents, at least on this one.
Trying to get a kinkster’s home staged for marketing pictures that’ll get anyone other than another kinkster to look at the place is a big job, in fairness, much easier to go white/natural wood/green splash from plants than makeover it.

Interactivity, control, and an off-switch.

Two out of three are quite easy to find with an internet full of other humans, but the illusion of absolute power over what happens… I’m not sure if I’m thinking it might save a few people, or empower some people in really worrying ways.

Feels like the easiest free political points for Labour to get Farage going on one as usual, build in a few more leading questions about sovereignty, then pull that out, ideally on live BBC programming, then pop a speech about being the adults in the room.

If this is bank fraud, then not taking similar actions against every one of, say, Trump himself’s properties, would make it selective and retaliatory prosecution, and thus should be thrown out, surely?

Honestly, I’d not caught all the ick, and this thread was the eye opener to some of it.

But, as you explain more eloquently than I ever could, he was trying to be better, and knew he was flawed. That’s about the standard I can manage myself, so it’s certainly engaging to read.

The thing is, this isn’t people taking a principled stand, it’s just cases so bad even trump’s loyalists struggle to support the charges, and his natural backing will generally be asking “what kind of coward had to take this petty stuff to court?”
