#NMAG Torrez has been battling with a multistate coalition to reinstate SNAP benefits for New Mexicans - NOW. A federal judge in Rhode Island has ruled that SNAP benefits must be FULLY funded nationwide starting TODAY.

Today, the #NMDOJ joined a coalition of 23 attorneys general and three governors against the USDA and its Secretary Brooke Rollins for unlawfully suspending the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

#NMAG Recovers More Than $1.5 Million from Former New Mexico State Police Officer Charged in Substance Abuse Recovery Scheme - Morgan Ortiz, a former NM State Police Officer pleaded guilty alongside his co-defendant, Dr. Keith Levitt, to multiple felony charges this week.
In honor of #PurpleThursday, a National Day of Action during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, #NMDOJ employees wore purple to raise awareness about domestic violence, stand in solidarity with survivors and unite with advocates across the country to honor resilience and healing.
