Unless it's an independent Scotland even if they did it would be team GB 7s and not Scotland. Makes absolutely no sense for Scotland to take over team GB 7s as there is a decent chance that most of the players will still be English. Also how can there bean be no Scotland only team + GB team?

In no small way learning about #womensrugby from @irishwomens.bsky.social led to me travel for the 1st time further than dublin for a sports event to attend 9 games in the #RWC2025 @mudderrucker.bsky.social is the only platform focusing on women's rugby in Ireland. An absolute legend! Thank you!

End of the RWC2005 brings an end to season 2. All over much to fast
Such an amazing experience. I was very fortunate to be able to make it to 9 games to see 8 teams in 5 venues. Although looking at the bank balance I'll have to be a hermit till the W6N 2026! Worth it for an experience of a lifetime.

Apparently when it was trialled a few years was easily manipulated and needed up with just more time spent with the TMO. League seems to use it but there are limits to what can be challenged. We could do with less time with the TMO but more consistency and feeling of fairness.

This is great news. All games from the M6N, W6N and U6N to be on free to air TV in Ireland until 2029. Great for the sport in general but specifically for the women's game. Can't attract fans if it's hidden on a website somewhere or behind a pay wall
