Sounds like a metaphor for the entire GOP action plan at this point. Same "plan" they had to repeal the ACA and replace it later (so they claim), cut spending by firing thousands of people and departments and hiring back the essentials ones later. I could go on...

That means you're against the other 100-500 homeowners that might want to have a pretty neighborhood with perfectly kept green lawns everywhere. Good luck convincing them, on the HOA meetings I attend it's absolutely filled with people whining about unkempt lawns and unapproved cosmetic changes...

(not rich, by the way. Unless a modest home ownership = rich I suppose. Just unfortunate enough that the neighborhood we thought would be low drama turned out to have a bunch of assholes on the HOA board who decided to implement stricter enforcement of rules after the fact.)
