Large police presence in Mordialloc tonight after yesterday' s kiddie riots. Lot of foot patrols & also 10+ patrol cars doing laps around main st/beach rd/car parks. Thankfully the d-heads chose another beach instead today. This is a note our 12yo's principal sent out this morning to parents.

Yay - we are carbon negative this month & the 30kW drawn from the grid is only due to some weird way our system works where it takes about 1kW/day when it doesn't need it. This included charging our EV up to 100% about 10x as well.

There's no more effective way to push an unhinged person to tipping point where they commit a massacre then to make them feel their opinions/pov can't be expressed any other way. Bad actors trying to twist #Bondi to suppress free speech/protests will only increase likelihood of these events.

At this trying time of year, please don't forget to spare a thought for those unfortunate families right across Australia who are now dealing with untangling multiple 5-30mtr fairy light cords which were not packed away correctly at the end of last years' festive holiday season.

At official Nike store @ Southland today to buy kid new shoes. Apparently they "won't measure your feet anymore .. since covid"(?). I reminded sales guy covid is a respiratory disease not transmitted via my child's foot & received a "I dont care" shrug back. Needless to say they didn't make a sale.

Hilarious. Clearly LNP ran a focus group to address their 'Women won't vote for us because we are dominated by White Males' problem & somehow ended up with 'Replace them with White Blonde Females' as the solution. I'm guessing the 'LNP policies sucked' being the cause didn't get evaluated.
