3/ Her current appearance is due to a series of events her husband (not WOLship verse, her in-game hubby verse) went through, she had taken some of his void tainted aether and now she looks more oni than Xaela.

You come to RP in Tural but you complain consistently about how hard the names are to spell and pronounce, how ridiculous some of the local races are and how their cultures are indistinguishable from any other of the same race around the globe. And then you wonder why you're eventually shown out.

Technically, Common would be Shuri's "other language", since she was born in the Steppe. Xaelic is her first language and she learned everything else later. Officially, the languages she knows are: Xaelic, Common, Hingan, and Dravanian. Stories and lores for another time.

I always imagined Xaela having an accent/dialect/insert proper term bc I'm dumb with being born in the Steppe. Shuri often speaks how her kinfolk do, her accent heavier. She does know /most/ Eorzean slang and such, thanks to Thancred.
