Recently been diagnosed with BPD and am now trying to cope with this.
Struggling lots with mental health, SH, sui**de (attempts) and more.

I might want to add that I tried four times overall within... a month or two?
Obviously I failed each time, but every time got more and more extreme.

And no, I have yet to receive actual urgent care, I am still waiting. This couldve been avoided if I got help when I urgently requested it.

It feels unreal that I am still here. Its been already nearly a month since I tried to take my life with all the strength that I had.
But something kept me from going too deep. Taking too much. Taking the last step.
Today I appreciate that I am still here. I hope to get better soon

I know that none of my symptoms technically can be defined as insanity but..

Like, I am not sane, especially when I split. My values, my self image, my hope, all are gone. Nothing matters

Then I have a good mood episode and I love myself and everyone and life.

But it's even weirder when you try to explain to a loved one that I'm in a great mood lately, then they trigger you into splitting and now I have to explain to them that I'm now depressed and incapacitated because they didn't kiss me the right way?

Also having BPD, likely ADHD and very possibly also a mood disorder is wild.

How the fuck do you even begin to explain to someone how you feel.

Everytime my therapist asks me I have to give a review of the last few days/weeks to give a full picture because my mood changes so frequently

It's kinda funny reading articles about mental illnesses, especially mood disorders, where they relate depressive- and manic episodes to how your baseline is.

Bitch my baseline is depression, everything that's not depression always feels like mania to me KEKW
