If your personal preference is:

On-premise
GIFF
Begs the Question

Then be respectful that my personal preference is that Die Hard isn’t a Christmas movie.

#Commvault By 2027, more than 40% of IT operations will be autonomous. I hope that's true but we've still got a big hill to climb to get there.

#Commvault It's interesting that AI is such a huge attack surface. You can poison the model or leverage it as a tool for gathering information OR carrying out the attack itself. You have to be prepared to protect all facets of it.

#CommvaultShift This is a very important point. Not everything runs in the cloud. There is still a ton of data on-prem that is highly regulated and also needs to be protected.

#CommvaultShift I love Andy Perkins and the bit of humor at the start. "Who here has heard of AWS?"

#CommvaultShift It's still mind boggling to me that we're protecting exabytes worth of data. I can remember a time when gigabytes felt enormous.

#CommvaultShift It's time for everyone to adopt Post-Quantum Crypto. I'm glad to see Commvault leading the way here.

#CommvaultShift Preserving a copy of the compromised data for the DFIR team is a great way to figure out what happened while also making the business resilient.

#CommvaultShift Since this is a virtual blog of last week's keynote, I can share that the "woo" person was right behind me. It's taking me back.

#CommvaultShift Synthetic recovery is something I think we've been missing for a long time. Why choose between old clean data or new, possibly tainted files? Why not have the intelligence to figure out what to clean and restore the latest versions?

#CommvaultShift I LOVE the change tracking for Active Directory. If attackers get a foothold into your directory services they can just open the door for attacks again and again.

#CommvaultShift Thank you Sanjay for saying Unified Pane of Glass and not "single". #OverusedTerms

#CommvaultShift Resilience is all about getting the business operational again. All the forensics in the world won't matter if you're not making money.

#CommvaultShift I like the idea of ResOps. It makes people understand how critical it is to have things running all the time without disruption.

#CommvaultShift Resilience is the name of the game. Not just operational resilience but AI resilience as well. But you have to broaden your focus to catch it all.

#CommvaultShift Sanjay talking about using AI models to do the work of attacking us has become quite prescient in the past week or so. Tools will be used to do the things people want done for good and for bad.
