The gardener in me can't help but explain you want to check your bulb is mold and mildew free, and is nice and firm no/minimal sprouting and you should be okay 😅

But you are correct, it's always a gamble, and especially with a mix of colours what will come up since they're all tossed in together

They're shipping within Canada so they've had to get creative with the shipping company due to the postal strike

I feel bad for the bulb companies, there wasn't a strike when I ordered in August

Planting bulbs isn't a job for today, so I've got them stored outside the plastic, so they'll be alright until I can get to it

To which the answer is always yes, and causes some little sneakers to skedaddle back to the living room as fast as their little legs can carry them

Tldr; childhood trauma

I was a horse girl growing up, and not only did my family tease me mercilessly about THAT scene (to the point my brother named his bearded dragon Falcore), my grade 7 english class did the same

I've never had it, but I would try it
