Definitely! Need to start somewhere before you can work out where to improve. In this case, my volumes were good but the palette choices weren't great.

Sometimes it's right to acknowledge when an idea didn't work, and needs total overhaul. Glad I did it.

Finished my entries for SMC. Keeping one back until after the show, but I reworked my Flower Queen's face on feedback from Fen Model Show judges, and super happy with the improvements.

It's Scale Model Challenge in Eindhoven next weekend. I'll be there on Saturday & Sunday with a couple of models in the Standard Fantasy class.

If you're reasonably local, it's worth your time. Very well run show and HUGE too. I've been a few times and always enjoy it.
