I'm getting the urge to doodle some comfy stuff, maybe I'll attempt some work in the next couple days and see how it goes. In the meantime, I've been taking it super easy and trying not to put pressure on myself to get anything done while I'm healing.

Been a bit, but recovery is going very well! Got my drains taken out earlier today and I got to see my chest for the first time; everything is looking good so far! Though my brain REALLY doesn't like the disconnect between seeing bandages come off and not being able to feel it at all.

Surgery went very well! Still kinda out of it but holy shit, it's so strange seeing my chest so... *Flat.* I know the binder is helping a lot but... *WOW*.

Got to see AVGMNT, Nouveau Arcade, and Rabbit Junk live with my partner last night, easily one of the best and most fun nights of my life 🥰

Drove about 4 hours and got maybe an hour of sleep right after a 12 hour shift for it too lmao SO fucking worth it though.
