I'm okay now thanks to someone reaching out. No idea how long it'll be until the leak takes it away, but I'll work on patching it as best I can.

When I'm like this it's like my emotional fulfillment gets a leak. Slowly draining no matter how reassured I am. I tend to get more emotionally needy, but also draining. I often say things without thinking from a dark place. It's why I isolate until it's over, usually playing a game.

Trying not to isolate myself again. I feel the urge but don't want too. Usually I just go quiet for a day or so, but I actually want to keep talking to people and stuff right now.
