Yes, well familiar. Have ridden the few we have. They are much in dedicated track or separated. The bigger challenge is interaction with bus/taxi/ridehail etc
Steve, we have an opportunity to help make it right. Agree with the apprehension and the concerns. So let’s address them, rather than blocking.

BTW: Which trams in London exactly?

We really mustn’t worry too much about the billions that US colleges and universities “lost” to the current administration. My alma maters have more than made up for it…

Now, if only they would expand access…

Real estate guy builds building; doesn’t adhere to rules or go by the books (yawn).

It’s not quite the knock-down story that it might otherwise be. But it does drown out some real stories.
Quite possibly the worst salesperson ever.
One kill = extra long weekend.

Rather callous - even vile - approach to the value of a human life. But alas… seems par for the course, atm.
Entrusting an inherently biased tool to make your decisions for you, unchecked… is a recipe for disaster.
The Dutch data protection watchdog has warned voters not to ask artificial intelligence chatbots for voting advice ahead of the country's general election next week.
Don’t let AI chatbots tell you how to vote, Dutch authorities warn voters
Far-right PVV and GreenLeft-Labor were overrepresented as suggested picks, in a test of how four chatbots gave voter advice.

Obviously, fully separated lanes are preferable - and much safer.

But if you made every tenth one of these an anchored, metal pole, then it would have an educational effect….
That’s actually part of the reason for a skew in depreciation / residual values (besides incentives ofc).

The performance/value improvements in just 3-5 years do outdate older models more quickly (until we hit a boring plateau, like ICE vehicles)

Of course - we’ve known this for a decade or more…
Absurd statement. London is multifaceted, safe, has the best schools in the country, varied home pricing, and beautiful green spaces. And the UK birth rate is higher than European neighbours. Let’s stay positive and celebrate our city.
The future of #managementconsulting.

Client writes RFP (using AI). Consultant delivers report (with #AI #slop). Clever client actually reads report.

Lawyer AIs duke it out to get money back from use of AI, rather than humans.

Somehow lost: what was the report for?

It’s rather amusing how the battle for NB supremacy is still viewed as a duopoly for Boeing or Airbus to win. By the time a successor is launched, the comparable Comac will likely be flying thousands of flights per day.
Translation: Airlines shouldn’t need to pay a penalty to passengers when they cancel flights at will. They should focus on maximising profit for shareholders instead.

This isn’t a question of safety or convenience. It’s just a question of who is more important. 🤷🏻‍♂️ 🙄
There’s hope, maybe…
Time spent on social media peaked in 2022 and has since gone into steady decline since. And this is not just the unwinding of a bump in screen time during pandemic lockdowns – what’s going on?

Anyone else at the World Congress for self-driving transport? See you here!
Complexity. Burning (tax) money for a small handful of people buying it (with huge incentives)
Interesting. Why so?

I appreciate the Brightline stations are a bit nicer. Or to put it differently: a little attention for the Tri-Rail stations would be nice. But for the price, it can’t be beat on that route.
Huh. Works just fine from WPB to Miami 🤷🏻‍♂️
That‘s wonderful and all… and we support rail travel. But:

“Tri-Rail logged over 4.5 million rides from July 2024 through June 2025.”

Or roughly 50% more per month than Brightline. Let’s support *public* transportation, too.
