I had wanted to wait until I had more art shown here to do this but, my financial situation is getting a bit too tight.

Yep. #Darkstalkers and #Digimon.
More specifically the style is a Vital Bracelet LCD handheld style that Gaomon showed up on. But it looked more interesting that the other style I found him in. It had a max size limit, so small tail.
