4x S-400 launchers ($100m)
2x 96N6 early warning radars ($100m)
2x 92N6 target designation radars ($250m)
Sub total: $450 million, not counting cooked off missiles.

🔥 Novorossiysk. Another angle. According to OSINT MT_Anderson , at the time of the strike on S-400 positions there could have been up to 7 launchers.

If this is confirmed by satellite images, then this will probably be the largest single strike on Russian air defense systems.
