Isaiah Collier walking pretty gingerly after the last possession. Didn't look like there was any contact. He's favoring his right leg, but he's on the court after the timeout.

Asked Ace Bailey how the knee was and he said it’ll be fine and that he expects to play Sunday afternoon.

He doesn't remember because it was his rookie season. 11 years ago. That's the last time Giannis lost 7 in a row.
Giannis Antetokounmpo: “We had the opportunity to go to Vegas twice in a row. Not going to Vegas and being able to gamble on 34 red one more time I think is going to be very tough for me. At the end of the day, I want to win. We’ve lost 7 in a row. I don’t remember the last time I lost 7 in a row.”

You have to ask, can the Jazz really be worse than this Kings team through the season? And then all the teams that are even worse than the Kings?

Ace Bailey will not return to the game (team says right knee contusion). He's back on the bench, but is still flexing that right leg and touching his knee a lot.
Ace Bailey has been rubbing his right knee after taking a hit earlier. He was talking to trainers and went back in the tunnel for a bit. Looks like he might have gone to the locker room.

Update: He is playing.
Keyonte George landed awkwardly and limped through the final possession of the half before making a b-line to the locker room. We'll see if he comes back after halftime

Zach LaVine is trying to fake out Kevin Love by making him think there's a cutter backdoor. The year is 2025.

When I was talking to Keyonte after the game, he agreed with me when I said he would have given a different answer last year or his rookie year. His response to this game and the last play feels important:
The final play in Jazz loss to Lakers, and more evidence of Keyonte George’s maturity
The Jazz had a chance to tie or win on the final possession but ended up in scramble play. But Keyonte George is looking at the totality of the game.

Will Hardy said he called for timeout once the ball went in but it was loud and by that time Keyonte was shooting. Is what it is.
November 24, 2025 at 3:44 AM
Yes, but Key falls at the two-count from the official and by the three count the ball is in to Nurk and he gives Keyonte the ball back. I think it developed a lot faster than it seems on replay.
Did they have another time-out to call once Key fell to the floor?
November 24, 2025 at 3:39 AM
Jazz barely even get a shot up on the final possession. Keyonte George wrapped up by Marcus Smart on the inbound. He hooked Keyonte's arm, probably a foul, but it wasn't egregious. Lakers win.
A moment before the Jazz run I was looking at Lauri's scores for the season. Because he had 12 points, it would have been just the second time this season for him to score fewer than 19 points in a game. He now has 20 and the Jazz have the ball down 2 with 5.8 seconds left

Legitimately the highlight play of Kyle Filipowski's young career, being between a Luke-Reaves oop pass and blocking the Reaves oop. It was awesome

Donating food to local food banks is great. But the truth is that food banks can stretch a dollar a lot farther than we can because of the networks they have to source food. So, donating money is really what they need to help those that are experiencing food insecurity. Let's make a difference!

I mean, yeah, if the Jazz are gonna shoot 78% from 3, then they're gonna look really good....

I was listening to Good Hang and then watched a clip of Good Hang on Insta with Selena Gomez and she mentioned Richard Kind playing Bing Bong and then I googled Bing Bong to watch the Knicks clip and then learned all about Gorilla Nems and watched a doc. Thats how my brain works between 2-5 am.
