Es gibt Einmalvapes mit Lithium-Ionen-Akkus.
Die kann man nicht wieder aufladen. Die werden nach Gebrauch weggeschmissen und landen im Restmüll oder im Wald.

Aber dem veganen Schnitzel, dem ham wa es so richtig gezeigt 💪🏻

AQ Termine vereinbaren morgens um 8:30 Uhr und dann um 11:00Uhr beschließen, das ist doch nicht so schlimm ist. Heute gleich zweimal….. falls das nächste Mal kein akuttermin bei euren Ärztys frei ist, bedankt euch bei solch besonderen Menschen.

🅱️ airway & skin incision in parallel

(I was taught A, but srsly questioning it bc wwyd if CICO-I'd tell OBGYN to deliver child asap while we're trying to establish airway)

The German guideline doesn’t give any information on this specific question.

I personally have also heard and learnt both ways:

„Mother before child“ vs. „The mother needs anesthesia, not a tube“

The more you are struggling with your airway, the more you would want the child to be delivered asap, so this would be on favour of 🅱️.

A pragmatic compromise could be: induce anesthsia and perform laryngoscopy. In case of good view on the glottis give your go, assuming intubation will go smoothly.

In the end you can only get it wrong. If you delay „go“ by 30 seconds, „waiting for“ (ie working on) a secured airway one might say it was an unnecessary delay, in case airway went smoothly. If you say „go“ straight away and end up struggling with the airway, one might say it’s your own fault.

Im thinking both is plausible and can be argued for.
If everything goes will with airway-management it’s smooth to do parallel airway and cut.
But if you’re having trouble like a difficult airway or regurgitation the movement on the mother during a C-section will give you a very hard time.
