i think MS1 is kind of in a weird spot where horse racing knowledge is Required to understand and really Get It to the extent they want you to whereas just about everything else it acts as an enhancer

i think uma ms1 is very scattered and doesnt have a cohesive theme like MS2 does and it suffers but i think it succeeds in at least translating these big dreams into something understandable to the layperson which builds the groundwork for the emotional core of the franchise
