this is not a fully articulated thought; I love digital illustration, it can feel good to sketch on the ipad, but something is lost for me. A physical thing that only exists at my discretion, can only be experienced by a finite amount of people, and can be destroyed when I tire of it. unbeatable

this seems to be just a general sentiment going around, that there are so many reasons why posting art on the internet only to have your time and your labor exploited has become deeply unsatisfying, but also I’m realizing I actually enjoy having boundaries and what they inspire in my process.
