At Miss 9's audition and being a volunteer which so far is me hiding from her for the next two hours now everyone is signed in (it's a workshop style audition).

Took the Lad in for his infusion this morning... he's now 61.45kg! June 2024 before he was diagnosed he was 27kg. So pleased the infusions are working and he hasn't had to be admitted since he started them in February.

Spent today being all "excellent, don't need to cook dinner because there's leftovers" but yet again M took them to work for lunch, which I only discovered now when he arrived home with the empty container.

I've decided not to individually review Christmas films this year because they're pretty much all the same, so I've created a tally chart with things that featured last year and shall update as I can't seem to stop watching. Anything else I should add?

It's finally cooling down a bit. Miss 9 collapsed into bed a couple of hours ago and is snoring mightily. I cooked dinner for Mr picky 14 and the kitchen was so warm I've opted to eat leftovers later. Signed up for #SecretSantaAoNz so there's my win for the day.

Very dear friend was ambulanced to ED this afternoon...has been told he won't be seen for at least an hour and a half so he's gone to the closest pub for a pint... I am on standby to assist.

Argh. Mr 14 seems to be starting a Crohn's flare...first since January. I do not have the spoons for another hospital stay. Really hoping he improves in the next couple of hours but the poor lad is huddled in bed with a wheatie bag and is white as a sheet.

Neighbours over the fence (not to be confused with Neighbours down the back and Neighbours over the road) have had their sprinklers going since 3pm and most of the water is running into the street...it just seems so wasteful and they're still running.

I refused to buy/make Miss 9 a new costume as she has many, so she's sorted her own Anakin Skywalker outfit which to me gives strong "Granny on the way to walking group brandishing her walking stick at small children vibes"
