I didn't think the US health care system could become any more barbaric, but obviously it can and will. Thank God I live in the UK,
This is a perfect example as to why we need AI regulation yesterday.
AI cannot be the arbiter of whether human beings can live or die. This is an excuse for insurance companies to fire human workers and make our healthcare system even more nightmarish for a quick buck.

Many soap ads were overtly racist. Besides claiming that dark skin was less desirable than white skin, they implied that it was unclean. The ads promoted the "whitening" quality of the soap by showing it being used to wash the color off black or brown skin. mycandles.blogspot.com/2019/02/soap...

The US has never been a democracy. Read the constitution. Amendments have moved the country in a more democratic direction, but the anti-democratic flaws of the original document have yet to be repaired.
