Republicans run all 3 branches. The govt shut down, that’s on them. Democrats are fighting to save the ACA. It will expire and Without it, premiums triple, millions lose coverage, and people die.

Johnson’s Big Ugly Bill already cut many of those programs, GOP owns the health care crisis.
