Hello everyone, apologies for the radio silence. I have a little update for you all. My mental health is in a really bad way at the moment, I have a lot going on in my personal life that is contributing to that along with it being a tough time of year in general for me.
How do you balance your mental health whilst also supporting all of the friends who are leaning on you for support? It feels like everyone around me is struggling with their mental health, and mine is also in the bin. So hard to balance being there for everyone and looking after yourself too. 😩

I haven't been on here in a hot minute so here's a life update. My mental health is rocky, but I turned 30 a few days ago and I spent my birthday in Italy with my partner. We've met a lot of cats and explored a lot of ancient ruins.
