2 versions of a pixel art portrait of my OC Ember. Both are wearing a red hood with gold trim and a white mask, have glowing golden eyes, and the background has shining stars.
The first version has simpler shading and uses a simple vibrant palette. The second version uses more colors and has some more detail and shading.

Hermit #pixelart My actual current project is the PixelJoint annual Secret Santa. I decided to take a break and finish up something from my WIPs folder. This guy was originally made for a lighting test. The lighting didn't work out, but now I've given that rough-out a more conventional rendering.
