From what I understand, any general judge can swear in Adelina Grijalva, it just usually isn’t done except in an emergency, because there is expectation about rules and norms. Johnson’s actions are outside the norm so I’d say that warrants circumventing the Speaker.

Maybe it really isn’t “neurotypical”… because it seems like the traits defined as neurotypical are actually the ones associated with obedience, conformity, and easily exploited in a capitalist system. Maybe it’s just “neuro-sociotropism”
