Wild what a different gym experience you have when your off your normal routines by like 30/40 minutes- totally different vibe, vastly different crowd. Not necessarily bad- but had to change my strategy to crush legs- and we did 👽 🦄 😃 🍂 🎃 💪

The sauna was a mad house, the gym was a mad house, this morning was a little chaotic… but we got in a solid leg day and were gunna take some deep breaths and make a list to attack this humpy Wednesday. Send some love and give some love 😚 🦄🌈🪐💦🍑❤️

Alone and awkward in the sauna this AM. Can someone please teach me how to pose and also be confident when doing it. I need more sauna gym bros… any takers? Also go kick today’s butt- this is like week 6 of 5/7 days of the week in the gym. Not seeing progress- but it’s like a pot of water 😚 👽 👻 🎃 🍂

Progress is progress. We did some shoulders and traps for Thursday. I have no idea why but today I have more hope about the future than I have had in awhile. Trying to capture and build on this momentum. Hope you’re all kicking today’s ass and remember tomorrow is Friday!!!! ☠️🐷💪🌈🦄👽

Literally only 5 second alone in the sauna this AM- but we did it and we are ahead of schedule today, so off to grade a mountain of exams before the bell rings! Wish me luck! Set some goals today and then smash them out of the park! 🎃🧬🔥🍁☠️🍂🎊💋

Everything inside was crowded- so we did it outside… also there was a cop behind me that started his car as I was taking this picture and it freaked me out. Is looking like this illegal now? Whatever at least I got in a good pump. Stay positive everyone and damn the man, save the empire!!! 💿

Sauna was packed today- but I endured and beat everyone- except as I was taking a picture, someone new walked in. What matters is we got chest done today! Go crush your goals and get stronger mentally and physical to fight the fascist. FDT, he’s a PDF- release the list and restore first amendment ✌️

All the days have been so packed… also RESIST and do not let them silence us. There are way more of us who build wildly strong bodies due to a lifetime of trauma from their bullying, let’s put it to good use. Peacefully of course.

The world is a dumpster fire right now- but you must protect your inner self. Phylicia Rashad quotes two mantras her mother gave her that I also try to live by, "the inner reality creates the outer form" and "the universe bears no ill to me, and I bear no ill to it.” They are a huge help. Another super busy and rushed morning with an extra crowded gym- but took these to prove we put in a shoulder/delt day. I worked until like 10 last night, got up at 4 and I feel like I’ve been running for days now. It’s okay though, we make hay while the sun shines and then stock up and enjoy later!

Tuesday has been leg day and I complained in my head the entire time- but we did it! Now we are off to deal with kids and activities and dinner….. get it done, even if you kick and scream the entire time. 🎃🍂🔥
