Join the conversation on how we can build more inclusive and equitable transport systems for older adults.
#InclusiveMobility #UrbanPlanning #ZeroVehicleHouseholds
This is a must-attend session for anyone working in:

Urban planning

Transport policy

Ageing & gerontology

Social equity

Community design
Dr. Li argues for targeted policy solutions:
🚍 Expand transport services to rural, suburban, and small towns
🏘️ Rethink land use & neighbourhood design to support ageing in place
🚶‍♂️ Promote mobility as a pillar of social inclusion
His findings reveal deep inequalities in mobility and access—shaped by geography, income, and infrastructure.
More than 1/3 of older zero-vehicle individuals are rural unemployed nondrivers, often isolated from essential services.
