I just created my first Sankey diagram! It's a great way to visualize microbial community from sequencing data. Thanks to Pavian (shiny.hiplot.cn/pavian/) for generating the plot. #firstBlueskyPost
Sankey diagram shows microbial community composition at each taxonomic level (Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus). Numbers correspond to the relative abundances. This type of diagram is perfect for visualizing complex hierarchical dataset
