AI has destroyed the current model for teaching. We need to face that, but the education establishment is largely pretending either all is well or we need to teach our students to use AI better somehow—before they know how to read or write or think.

Yes. But it doesn’t even look like they’re even alleging she did prohibited conduct. She rented the house out, but the loan documents prevented her from entering into a time share or other agreement that **required** her to rent out the house. They don’t even allege she did that.

You should read the lawyers before posting. She was not allowed by the contract to enter an agreement that required her to rent out the house. She entered no such agreement. She did rent out the house, but not through a proscribed agreement. Read popehat or Lee Kovarsky.
