The way the system works (I think) is everyone who has something in their cart before the sale starts (old SL) is given a random place in line as the sale goes live. Everyone else who joins after the sale has started is put in the back of the line

This 7% number is really disingenuous. They claim 7% strongly disagree with UB. They fail to include the slightly disagree and somewhat disagree numbers. They zero in on this number because it fits their agenda
