Actually, that’s 25th century. Part of the neo-Qin alliance aesthetic that came out of the aftermath of the solar rebellions.

Admittedly, the exterior terracotta shells of the Emperors guard constructs do date back to around 240BC, but is preserved by semi-sentient group-linked nano-curator bots.
