Being your own hero means show up for YOU, even when it's tough.

Examples:
1. Ask for help - Bravely say "I need support"
2. Set a boundary - Say "no" to what friends are doing if it doesn't feel right to you
3. Keep trying - Fail, feel bad, but try again & not give up

Just got off stage after speaking to 300 people, vulnerable in ways I'm not usually.

Preparing for that was intense. What helped?

Asking myself: "What's one of the most important things I can do right now?"

Every time I felt stuck or overwhelmed, this question gave me clarity and my next step.
