If this regime is going to put all the responsibility for disaster relief, Medicaid funding, food safety standards, and even infant health screenings, and so much more, solely on the states, then what is the point of having a Federal government?

Since my COVID infection, I've been having some very severe anxiety attacks. Hell, I'm not even certain I had a rebound infection last week, but perhaps just an almost 12-hour anxiety attack that left me drained for a few days after the fact... There is a reason I tried to avoid infection... *sigh*
