“To be a good writer, you not only have to write a great deal, but you have to care. You do not have to have a complicated moral philosophy. But a writer always tries, I think, to be a part of the solution, to understand a little about life and to pass it on”.

Leadership is important, but how well we follow, translates into how we articulate and advocate for the needs of others.

In my latest publication, I explain followership can be used to disrupt the status quo.

Curious. If a field makes everyone feel inferior, and experience discomfort. Perhaps the field is the problem #systemsoverindividuals.

I follow the #gardening feed here. And it’s pleasant waking up to scroll (blah blah screens in the morning…I’ll take my dopamine how I want it) and seeing flowers instead of the news.

It’s weird/cool being apart of something as it grows. Glad that sports accounts are finally popping up too. Let’s try not to ruin the collective good we are building over here.

Interesting how in lieu of advertising issues, and the owner of the bird site saying “f-you” to companies. My feed over there is filled with “Tucker Carlson” and “Find the most conservative college” ads. Cannot wait to read the case study in this company. Then again it could b apart of a plan. 🤷🏾‍♂️.

The best thing about moving on an academic calendar, is that it’s during prime election season. That way you know (in theory) which neighborhoods are ok to move into. I say in theory because despite living in a more liberal neighborhood before, I still had the cops called on me while in my yard.
