I find this extremely vexing because I was trying to draw a bday pic for a character from a different show I really really love, and I found myself getting stuck and bored while working on it. (The image remains incomplete.)

As an analytical aside, I take this to mean Jax was an internet-addicted piece of shit. We kinda already know this from Goose’s asks (confirmed 4chan lurker 💀) but I think this is the first time it’s being demonstrated in the show’s animated media. (I consider the 4th wall stuff Jax loser behavior.)

I saw some non-EN speakers trying to dissect Jax’s “chat” line and the explanation I can provide is basically - “chat” is a term video game livestreamers use to refer to their audience. It’s equivalent to “you guys” / “you all” but internet poisoned. Jax saying it also ties into his 4th wall-isms.

Roughly drawn comic. Manager Gangle and an intoxicated Ragatha are working at Spudsy's food assembly line. Ragatha looks at Gangle and thinks about the ribbon under her uniform. She pokes Gangle's side to create a divot in her shirt between the loops.
