I agree with you. However, we have to deal with what is, not what should be, and it is legal (and, given the amount of money in the industry, however much they pay to the exchequer, probably will continue to be so).
Apples and oranges. The legal gambling industry is just that, legal in its existence, and for the majority of staff it's just a job, one which they probably need in order to maintain a standard of living. It's not really comparable to illegal drug distribution, although I agree on the end result.
Although I do feel some sympathy for the staff, who don't deserve to be made unemployed, I do feel it's a door-arse-way out situation. The number of gambling establishments (including the highly suspicious non-chain-brand "amusements" that are everywhere) blighting our high streets is disturbing.
Not sure what effect it'll have, watching from the UK. The administration will continue to lie, use the protests as justification for more draconian laws and keep going in the same direction. Something more than protest is needed, and democratic action is unlikely to do it, even if they allow it.
Instead of a diagonal line, a circle round his head should have a cross in it.
It's football. Move on and do something interesting instead.
Does need to remember what the Labour Party is meant to stand for sometimes though.
Make it sporting. 1 in 5 chance per hit.
It's all for kids anyway. I'd rather be left out of it altogether.
These corrupt pound-shop Trump wannabes need to be dealt with. Permanently.
As Keats wrote, a thing of beauty is a joy forever.
There's a British company called Hagon. They'll build a shock to fit your bike, and to suit your weight and riding style.
I would take out the words "Russian jets in NATO airspace, says".
Farewell and thank you, Ace Frehley. I did get to see him with Kiss in 1996, when they co-headlined Donington with Ozzy. One by one our heroes depart.
Factory headlights on bikes have always been lacking, but I do wonder how that will affect drivers going the other way...
The use of manual gears is a simple skill that should be achievable by any able-bodied person, whether it's 4 wheels or 2.
Can't rely on anyone to finish what they start these days.
Can't imagine what the handling is like on that thing. If that had been built in the UK it would have had to go to the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency to be checked for Single Vehicle Type Approval before being allowed on the road, and I very much doubt it would have passed as fit.
Not yours, but the British Science Museum - touching the Apollo 10 command module. Yes, I read the sign. I decided that if it had survived going to the moon and back it would be fine.
I take the same approach. I'm in the UK so we don't have Veteran's Day or Memorial Day.
Probably more than you think. How many care might be a different matter.
