A "yes first, details later" deal in the Middle East will certainly work out, no problems. In fact, I'm completely unconcerned about the details — certainly no devils therein.

I've toured Reed's reactor and one of the Nuclear Safety Administration rules is that an extra person always be present in case of an emergency. As such, there's always a student in the reactor control room wearing name badge reading "Warm Body".
