It’s been an awesome book day! Besides Alyson’s release that I already posted about, I also went to an author talk with Alix E. Harrow and Marissa Meyer where I got 5 books autographed for my collection, and an advance copy I won of Playing For Keeps by Alexandria Bellefleur arrived in the mail. 🌈📚

This is not the oldest book I own, but it was my first with a personalized autograph. I was three when it was published (yes I realize I’m aging myself if anyone cares enough, and yes I met her, although I don’t remember it). I came by my love early and honestly. 🤟🏻🌈📚

More of a typical month, except that 80% were audio. It was a busy one, so a lot of my reading was on the go. All but one of my September books were #sapphfic reads. Now I’m looking forward to getting my hands on the manuscript for a new Xmas romance I’ll be proofreading this month! 🌈📚

Favorite #sapphfic cozy romantasy series? Mine are Tomes & Tea (completed), Legends & Lattes (book 3 coming 11/11), and now I’m adding Mainely Magic by Sydney Wilder. The Lone Wolf Cafe released yesterday and it’s awesome, I can’t wait for book 2! You can check out my ARC review at the link. 🌈📚

I…think that’s an understatement. This whole week, month even, has been stressful, but today was the worst. I’m going to go lose myself in some books and not think about life and death or the weight of the world and the way of things.
