It's beautiful out today here in rural Ohio.
It's a bit nippy, but the sun is shining.
I did some yard work before a nurse came by, after.
I overdid did it and had a few seizures, but I'm proud of what I was able to accomplish.
Now to rest.

I'm reminding myself that life is constantly changing, and having to adjust to a different way of living is hard and scary, but it can be done.
I find that caring for my mental health and setting healthy boundaries can be a lonely journey and that in order to heal, I'd have to do it mostly alone.
