The BBC are accidentally running the subtitles to Mrs Marple over the Mercury Prize, and it’s rather wonderful. A few of lines could plausibly have been written by Jarvis.

I use Prinfab a lot. Good service and easy to use website. It’s not the cheapest around. I’d recommend getting sample swatches of fabric if you want to gauge the weights and feel of the different fabrics on offer.

Teenage me had a crush on a guitarist in a local band. He also happened to be the guitar tech guy in the music shop my Dad went to, and he took great delight in telling him. He’s a pretty famous session musician now and I still cringe hard when I see him pop up on the internet.
