As Bold B's promotion through Rio Tinto ranks has been, Munkhsukh's prominence of significant symbolic importance for company's standing in the country.

Opus from Bloom County stands on a mine cart filled with coal in a foreign prison camp. Opus is wearing American Flag underwear and standing on his tip toes with his arms stretched straight up to the sky in a yoga pose. He is wearing a prison shackle around his big pinguin nose. Above him is written "IN MONGOLIA... the volunteer Yoga Master -- in government-issued activewear -- leads the guards through the permitted morning poses:" Opus has a word bubble that reads: "'The Hail Putin': Up... Up... Reach and hold. Now down to..." Opus is still on the mine cart of coal and now he is bending down to touch his toes. His speech bubbles read, "'The Oval Office Down Dog Grovel.' Low...lower...squeeze squeeze squeeze... and breathe breathe breathe." Opus is raising his head to look up and he as an expression of confusion on his face and an exclamation point is above his head. We can clearly see the prison shackle on his nose. Opus is standing next to a massive cartoonish goon / prison guard with a black hood hiding his face and leather, slightly BSDMish, "armor". The oafish guard is bent over standing on his hands and feet like a dog (perhaps in "dog position") he is sweating from his face and looks embarrassed. Opus is standing in front of the guard looking at him with his finger pointing in the air as if to reprimand the guard with a "tsk, tsk, tsk". Opus says "Bilguun, did I say 'Toot toot toot'?" The guard replies, "STUPID YOGA PANTS!"
