The US will borrow money to pay him. The National Debt will be a quarter billion larger because of that one spike of corruption. And what about that Constitutional requirement that disbursements be budgeted/approved by Congress? If Trump can gift himself such a sum without a vote, where's that end?
Just wait... Trump will start charging annual dues for access to his gold painted ballroom and terrace (former Rose Garden). The WH will become Mar-a-Lago north. For an extra price (steep, of course) people can rent a night in the Lincoln bedroom. Every penny will go into a Trump's pocket.
