I've been thinking about this for a little while now: I want to make a video explaining Everhood 2. I keep seeing people saying it's a bad game because they are confused by it. With SNAP/EBT cuts looming I highly recommend downloading this app! Basically restaurants and other food businesses will have available bags of random food they don’t wanna waste for ppl to buy for hella cheap! This has saved me sooooo many times when I only have $5 and need some food.

This is incorrect.
1. The opt-out for creators is channel-wide, not per-video. It's available in YouTube Studio right now.
2. The low-res versions aren't going away. YouTube will automatically generate multiple upscaled copies, but you can still choose to view the 144p/240p versions if you want.
