cold night witch

An illustration of an original character, a witch of the cold night. She's a curvaceous woman with grey-blue skin and pointed ears, wielding a long thin icicle in her hand, sneering and licking it with a long light blue tongue. Her other hand hovers over a levitating snowman head, and other snowman body parts fly around in the background and foreground -- some with carrot noses, some with stick arms, etc. She has incredibly long greenish-white hair that snakes around behind her. Her arms and legs have turned black at the extremities, fading to her natural skin color above the elbows and knees to give the impression of gloves and stockings. She also wears a short tight black dress. Snow falls around her in the night.

In the alternate version, the top of her dress is removed and her breasts are visible. She has light blue areola and nipples.
