If you think about it, committing a war crime during your first year of holding your first civilian government job is kind of remarkable. Even you-know-who waited a few years after rising to power before sending his military machine to kill foreign nationals.

Just so. And I think the penalty for failing the course should not be a poor grade, but rather immediate disconnection from the internet. After retaking the course, another failing grade should be punishable by death.
I think "Recognizing Satire" should join Freshman Composition as a universal course requirement for graduation.
