Back when I was in high school, and really hated myself. I used to hear this bullshit all time. Eventually I believed and preached it sometimes, but in the back of my mind I hated the message deep down. It might sound good on the surface, but once you dig deeper. It's shitty, and makes no sense.

Also, it's fucking insane going back and forth but then having to pay twenty to send a damaged item back? Like wtf! I'd be fuming big time. That's poor service through and through.

It's a shame because the bags she makes are gorgeous and intricate. But after my experience plus all the more hearing other people's experiences, I don't feel comfortable ordering from her again. Can't afford to get screwed with in this economy.
